The oil is extracted from the flowering tops of the shrubby evergreen bush.

The essential oil has a fresh, green, woody, mint smell and is antiseptic, stimulating, astringent, invigorating and cleansing.

Deeply stimulating, it helps to focus the mind, making it useful for when intense periods of concentration are needed. It may also help to boost your circulation and ease muscular aches when combined with a therapeutic massage.

In aromatherapy, rosemary is used for headaches, breathing problems, fluid retention and poor circulation.

How to use:

Bath & Shower

The essential oil is inhaled through the aromatic steam, as well as being absorbed by the skin.  Add up to 5 drops in 2 tbsp bath oil, shower gel, or carrier oil.
